買因

“I planned each charted course
Each careful step along the byway
And more, much more than this
I did it 買因”

…derived from “My Way” but not sure if I am content with these two characters. It was my first grab but may not be my last. The embedded post below is a bonus of doing a lookup on the origin of the song. It was originally written in French and the man that popularized it was accidentally electrocuted.

distraction=thought and vice versa

“No mind” is a Buddhist ideal, but what they fail to emphasize to Westerners is that no mind can be attained in many ways. There is no mind in action as with exercise. And, one of my little favorites is achieving no mind through the subjection of thought to distractions, preferably distractions from other humans rather than distractions from animals or the non-human, natural world.
